Caregivers often have very high or unrealistic expectations of themselves. They want to do the right thing, and constantly place pressure on themselves to put their care receiver’s needs first. Everyone has an inner critic; that little voice in your head. What is your inner voice saying to you? This session will talk about how to recognize and manage regret and shame, and to turn down the volume of your inner voice!
