The Trifecta of Estate Planning

There are three estate planning documents that everyone should have, regardless of the current balance in your bank account. Preparing your Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Personal Directive now means that you are in control of how your estate gets distributed, and who is making decisions for you if you aren’t able to make those decisions yourself. We’ll talk about why you need these documents, what happens if you don’t have them, and what sorts of things need to be included.
