Designed to help young riders develop their mountain biking skills while having fun on the trails at the Canmore Nordic Centre. Learn how to apply shifting, steering, braking, balance and control to various terrain. Become confident on single track, improve fitness and have fun with friends. Camps are led by Trail Sports PMBIA instructors. Participants will be grouped by their ability. For ages 6-8, 9-12 and 13-15. Please note a minimum of four participants is required to run a program.
Prerequisites: Age - participants must meet the minimum age requirements by the start of camp.. The Advanced camp options require having already participated in a Trail Sports Mountain Biking Camp in the past.
Equipment Needed: Mountain bike, helmet, water bottle, clothing for the weather, face mask (this may change as COVID restrictions change).
Morning sessions 9am-12pm; Afternoon session 1pm-4pm
