Bodyweight Bootcamp

This bodyweight only (calisthenics) class will include cardio, strength, balance and core! This class will be moderate to high intensity, but always with the option to make it low intensity/impact. Guaranteed fun, energy, and sweat session!

Equipment Needed: Participants need to bring their own fitness/yoga mats.
  • This class accepts 13–15-year-olds with a supervising adult 18 +.
