Functional Fitness

This class will focus on functional movements using WBI (Whole Body Integration) exercises to build and maintain a healthy core. We will use a variety of equipment such as the ViPRs, Equalizers and hand weights to work on strength, balance, mobility and stability. This class is for anyone who could benefit from more stability training.
New: Core class participants need to bring their own fitness/yoga mat.
