Interval Training

This fun interval workout will increase your strength, improve your cardio/conditioning, strengthen your core, and boost your metabolism!
Increase your strength and muscle mass, improve your cardiovascular endurance, and boost your metabolism! This class will start with strength training, and finish with a moderate intensity cardio conditioning circuit!

Equipment Needed: Participants need to bring their own fitness/yoga mats.
