Monday Movement

Feeling stiff and sore after the weekend? In this gentle, low impact class we will get the joints moving with some mobility exercises, add in some core work, and finish off with fascial flow stretching- aimed at increasing lubrication between the layers of skin, fascia, muscles, and bone, promoting flexibility in the body and improving circulation.

Equipment Needed: Participants need to bring their own fitness/yoga mats.
