This is a gentle, low impact class great for older adults, as well as people who are new or returning to fitness, focusing on good posture and good movement patterns. We will work carefully to increase aerobic fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance and body awareness. This class will help you to gain energy, maintain independence, increase balance and mobility, feel healthier and not to mention get out of the house and meet new people! This takes only an hour out of your day, but it may provide many more hours to your life!
New: Core class participants need to bring their own fitness/yoga mat.
