Pilates

Pilates provides a fundamental focus on movement by incorporating a low impact exercising routine that emphasizes core strengthening techniques by targeting your stomach, back, inner, and outer thighs. In this Pilates core class, we will focus on slow precise movements while using your breath for control, balance and mindfulness. After this workout you will feel refreshed and ready to start your day!
