Yoga Flow

This Flow practice is suitable for all levels, and will incorporate movement connected to the breath, through a series of yoga postures (asana). This class will embrace mindfulness, as well as improve strength, core, balance, and flexibility.

Equipment Needed: Participants need to bring their own fitness/yoga mats.
Notes:
  • This class accepts 13–15-year-olds with a supervising adult 18 +.
