Yang to Yin Yoga

This gentle class will start with a Flow yoga practice (Yang) to improve strength, core, balance and flexibility, before transitioning into a Yin practice (longer holds of yoga postures) to relax the body before moving into Savasana.

Equipment Needed: Participants need to bring their own fitness/yoga mats.
  • Instructor: Fiona Groves or sub.
  • This class accepts 13–15-year-olds with a supervising adult 18 +.
