Spring and Summer programs, including day camps, are now available for registration.
This gentle class will start with a Flow yoga practice (Yang) to improve strength, core, balance and flexibility, before transitioning into a Yin practice (longer holds of yoga postures) to relax the body before moving into Savasana.
