Total Body Conditioning

This well-rounded strength and conditioning class offers a total body workout by combining cardio, resistance training and core exercises to target the major muscle groups. We will use body weight and a variety of equipment to keep things interesting!

Equipment Needed: Participants need to bring their own fitness/yoga mats
