Swimmers receive an orientation to water and the pool area and work on floats, glides and kicking. Swimmers build their endurance by working on the 5m front swim.
Swimmers work on propulsion skills to move through the water and to remain at the surface.

This level is an introduction to breast stroke (15m) and has a number of skills to build on being safe for longer periods of time in deep water. Endurance is built on a 300m swim.
This level focuses on building endurance with the goal of refinement of strokes at longer distances. Endurance is built through a 400m swim.
This level focuses on building endurance with the goal of mastery of strokes at longer distances. Endurance is built through a 500m swim.
