Transitioning to adulthood can be tricky and knowing where to start can be difficult. To help youth in grades 10 – 12 develop skills beyond those learned in school and at home, and to help them transition into adulthood, Adulting 101 sessions provide opportunities for participants to build independence and confidence in their ability to enter the adult world.

This course is designed to help youth in grades 10 – 12 review the signs of depression and anxiety, but will focus on the importance of physical activity, nutrition, sleep, social support, gratitude practice, and relaxation.
