Income Tax Basics
Whether you are filing your taxes in Canada for the first time or just hoping to learn more about income taxes, this workshop is for you. A CRA outreach officer who will give a brief 30-minute presentation on basic tax information, including common deductions, credits and options to file a tax return, followed by a 30-minute Question and Answer period. This workshop will be delivered virtually on Zoom.

Course material covers topics such as:

• What are taxes and TD1 forms?
• Do I need to file taxes?
• How do I complete a tax return?
