Core classes are included as part of memberships and day passes. Members can reserve a spot up to 3 days in advance, while non-members can book 1 day in advance. Registration opens each day at 7:00am.
You don’t need to be a swimmer to enjoy these water-based fitness classes, which incorporate cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility exercises. The water can be used to offer a variety of intensity levels that is right for you!
Participants need to check in with a Customer Experience agent upon arrival to get their class card.
Participants need to bring their own yoga/fitness mat.
