Aquafit will occur in the 25m Lap Pool and Leisure Pool Lanes.

You don’t need to be a swimmer to enjoy these water-based fitness classes, which incorporate cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility exercises. The water can be used to offer a variety of intensity levels that is right for you!
