This small group class is targeted to individuals that are new to or are returning to the weight room. You will feel welcomed, well supervised by our certified coach John Reeves and leave this class with a training plan that you will be able to keep up for years to come! This class includes a thorough orientation to each piece of equipment, opportunities to try new exercises and the development of an individualized training program. Build your confidence around cardio and resistance training equipment and take the first steps toward a healthier, happier you.
