This class is based on the new concept of Loaded Movement Training and incorporates the ViPR ® as a tool for building resistance, agility and core training for the majority of the class. Leave the dumbbells, stability balls and speed ladders behind! This class is suited for all fitness abilities and levels. Our instructors are ViPR ® certified and very excited to challenge you with this new class!
