Access to the Arena is limited to pre-booked time slots.

All patrons must check-in at the Customer Experience desk at the front upon arrival. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your booking. Payment for drop-in sessions will occur then. There is no fee for patrons with active Arena or Go Beyond memberships.

All skaters must fill out a waiver or acknowledgement of risk before their first scheduled time slot. See the link below, or visit canmore.ca/waiver

In order to ensure a safe and positive experience with us, please note the following:

• Please arrive dressed and ready to skate. There is no access to change rooms and there is limited space for your personal items. Bleachers or benches will be available for your use.
• Everyone welcome. Children under 7 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• No sticks, no pucks, no figure skating jumps.
• International certified helmets are mandatory for all skaters under 13 years of age, and are highly recommended for all ages.
