Pilates Flow

Mobility movement and body weight training will get the blood flowing and invigorate your body!! This mat based 45 minutes pilates class will be a full body workout and is a great way to strengthen and tone your arms, core, glutes and legs. Equipment may be incorporated to add a challenge! All levels and abilities are welcome, with lots of options given to intensify the movement if one chooses to!
