A two-hour program teaching or reviewing the skills for indoor top rope climbing.
A three-hour course preparing participants to pass the lead climbing test indoors. Participants must be able to top rope 5.9 without resting and have 10 top rope sessions experience.
A once a week, four-week course teaching basic to intermediate climbing skills for gym climbing.
A once a week, 8 week climbing program for beginner to intermediate adults aged 50+.
A once a week, eight-week course for intermediate to advanced climbers to develop advanced movement skills.
A twice a week, ten-week course designed for advanced climbers to reach their potential.
A once a week, six-week course for intermediate to advanced intermediate climbers aged 50+.
This is a once a week, multi-week course that introduces climbers aged 18+ to mentally prepare to achieve high performance climbing goals.
