Babysitting Course


For youth ages 11 years and up who want to start earning an income babysitting. Feel confident caring for children after this course.

Connect: Boys


A half-day summer program for self-identifying boys ages 12-14 to connect and develop life skills through fun team building activities, creative projects, and land-based adventures.

Connect: Girls


A half-day summer program for self-identifying girls ages 12-14 to connect and develop life skills through fun team building activities, creative projects, and land-based adventures.

Connect: SAGE


A half-day summer program for ages 12-14 of all genders (including 2SLGBTQ+ youth and allies) to connect and develop life skills through fun team building activities, creative projects, and land-based adventures.

Girls Connect


Girls Connect provides girls in grades 4 to 7 with the opportunity to learn new skills, create community supports, build resiliency, and develop self-esteem.

Give Back and Grow (Ages 12-14)


A half-day program for youth ages 12-14 to give back to our Bow Valley community while exploring their own skills and strengths through fun excursions and volunteer opportunities.

Roots & Resilience: An Art & Somatic-Based Group for Youth


A guided painting group where youth ages 12-14 explore creativity through rhythm, texture, and movement using a variety of paintable surfaces.

Youth FITness


During this small group class, youth 11- 15 yrs will gain an understanding of proper form and lifting techniques, use a variety of workout equipment, and most importantly, feel fit and strong along the way.
