This virtual four-week workshop is designed for parents of teenagers who are experiencing fears, anxiety, or difficulty managing their emotions.
The program provides practical strategies from “Fear-Less Triple P” to help parents support their teens in facing challenges with greater confidence and resilience.Through guided sessions, parents will learn how to recognize anxiety signs, encourage positive coping skills, and foster emotional strength in their children.
The workshop also offers a supportive space to share experiences and connect with other parents facing similar concerns. By the end of the program, participants will have tools to help their teens navigate fears and anxiety, improve communication, and build a stronger parent-teen relationship.
This course empowers parents to play an active role in their teen’s emotional well-being.
