Car Seats and Candy Canes


Car seat safety isn’t child’s play, so let us help you feel empowered and educated when it comes to car seat installation, use, and selection. At the Car Seat Clinic, certified Child Passenger Restraint Technicians will work hands-on with parents and caregivers to have their car seats checked to ensure that they are installed and used correctly.

Child & Infant Health and CPR Workshop


A non-certified child and infant health and CPR workshop that covers pertinent day-to-day emergencies that families often experience. Open to parents and caregivers with children ages 0 – 3.

Circle of Security is a six-week relationship-based program in Banff designed to enhance attachment security between parents with children ages 0 – 3.

Exploring Your Feelings Through Art


Join us for a playful and creative program designed to help little ones (ages 4 – 6) explore their big feelings through art! Together with a parent or guardian, children will experiment with a variety of art materials while learning to identify and express emotions in healthy ways.

Mini Milestones


Mini Milestones is a 6-week program for parents and caregivers with infants ages 0 – 9 months who are not yet independently mobile (i.e., not crawling or walking). Each week, participants will discuss a unique topic of interest, followed by time to connect.

Mini Milestones: Next Steps


This three-week program is for parents/caregivers with children ages 10 to 18 months who are on the move or nearly mobile. Connect in a supportive group setting while your child explores the Family Connection Centre’s engaging early learning space.

New Parent Café


New Parent Café is a friendly group for parents and caregivers who are Permanent Residents or foreign-born to Canada with children ages 0 to 5. It’s a chance to meet others, share experiences, and learn about parenting.

Supporting Toddler Development


This 2-week toddler development program discusses a caregiver’s role in providing an environment that supports healthy toddler development. For parents/caregivers of children ages 18 months to 3 years.

Triple P: Raising Resilient Children


Parents and caregivers of children ages 0 to 6 will discuss emotional resilience in children — including what it means, why it is important, and how it benefits children.
