Guiding Growth: Parenting Skills for Today’s Youth

These virtual parent discussion groups are designed for caregivers of youth and teens who want to connect with others facing similar challenges. Each session focuses on important topics such as parent burnout, digital safety, managing family dynamics, substance use, bullying, and peer pressure.

Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and learn practical strategies to support their families. The groups provide a safe and supportive space for parents to explore these issues, build confidence, and gain tools to foster healthy relationships within their families.

Through this program, parents and caregivers can strengthen their understanding of current challenges affecting youth. They will also develop skills to navigate those challenges effectively while connecting with a supportive community.
Registration is separate for each session.
