Led by Cara Crawford from the Family Connection Centre and Wellness Coach Kat Wiebe from Right from the Start, each session explores a key theme of mindful parenting. Through open discussion and shared experiences, you’ll gain insights and strategies to:
- Respond to your child with greater patience and presence
- Manage stress and let go of perfection
- Build emotional resilience—for yourself and your children
- Practice self-kindness and model it for your family
