Mini Milestones is a 6-week program for parents and caregivers with infants ages 0 – 9 months who are not yet independently mobile (i.e., not crawling or walking). Each week, there will be a short presentation on child development from a local professional, a group discussion on a new topic, and a chance to meet and connect with other new parents. Topics will be chosen by the group and based on interest.
Babies are welcome and encouraged to attend sessions.

Topics could include:

• Caregiver mindfulness and self-compassion
• Speech and language development
• Gross motor development
• Infant sleep
• Mental health

Program Dates:

• Thursdays, August 27 - October 1 from 10 – 11:30 a.m. (6 weeks)
• Tuesdays, October 20 - November 24 from 10 – 11:30 a.m. (6 weeks) (Registration opens Sept. 9)
