This program is designed for youth ages 12–14 who enjoy hands-on, creative activities. Over four one-hour sessions, participants explore painting on different surfaces such as canvases, tote bags, wood slices and terracotta pots in a relaxed group setting. Each session uses sensory-rich painting experiences that invite youth to slow down, notice movement, texture, and colour, and connect creativity with how their bodies feel. No art experience is needed, and all materials are provided.
Youth leave with finished artwork, increased confidence, and practical ways to settle and focus through creative expression.
