Babysitting Course


For youth ages 11 years and up who want to start earning an income babysitting. Feel confident caring for children after this course.

Circle of Support


Circle of Support (formerly called Rainbows) provides free group support for children and youth who are experiencing changes in their family such as divorce, separation, death, or other loss.

Give Back and Grow


A structured youth leadership and community engagement program for ages 13-16 that helps participants build resilience, confidence, social connections, and life skills through volunteer service, teamwork, and personal development activities.

Home Alone


The Home Alone Program is designed to provide children 10 years of age and older with the necessary skills and knowledge to be safe and responsible when home alone for short periods of time.

RAFT: Recreation Activities for Teens


Teens 10-13 years can grab a friend and join us for an evening of sport or art along with social hangout!

Recipes for Life


Recipes For Life is a hands-on life skills program for youth ages 13 to 16 that builds confidence in meal planning, budgeting, food preparation, and healthy cooking through practical kitchen experiences.

Roots & Resilience: An Art & Somatic-Based Group for Youth


A structured creative arts program that helps youth ages 12 to 16 strengthen emotional regulation, self-awareness, confidence, and coping skills through guided sensory based art activities.

Youth FITness


During this small group class, youth 12- 15 yrs will gain an understanding of proper form and lifting techniques, use a variety of workout equipment, and most importantly, feel fit and strong along the way.
