Youth FITness

Is your 11-15 year old interested in getting stronger and learning more about weight training, but they don't know where to start? During this small group class, participants will gain an understanding of proper form and lifting techniques, use a variety of workout equipment, and most importantly, feel fit and strong along the way. During each 1-hour strength training fitness class, participants will be taken through a proper warm-up, a strength training workout, and a cool down all while learning about their bodies and how their muscles work. Not only will they participate in a great workout, they will also meet other youth interested in fitness.

**Equipment used could include Bodyweight, Dumbbells, VIPR, Equalizers, Bosu Balls, and other equipment available.
