Aqua Jogging

Aqua Jogging is a low-impact but high intensity class. Aqua Jogging is an excellent cross training opportunity for runners and walkers that can improve flexibility, range of motion, and strength by using the resistance of the water. Posture is key for Aqua Jogging: Keep your upper body straight, core engaged, and don't forget to get those knees high!

This is a self-directed core class that takes place in the deep end of the Lap Pool. No swimming experience is required although comfort in deep water is recommended. Don't hesitate to connect with a lifeguard if you have questions or need assistance. Grab an Aqua Belt and hop on in!
