Circle of Security


Circle of Security is a six-week relationship-based program designed to enhance attachment security between parents with children ages 0 – 3.

Circle of Support


Circle of Support (formerly called Rainbows) provides free group support for children and youth who are experiencing changes in their family such as divorce, separation, death, or other loss.

Feeding Your Baby


Join a Registered Dietitian to learn more about starting solids, first foods, textures, timing and more.

Get Messy


Get Messy is a program where families with children ages 2-6 can explore, create, and get messy without worrying about cleaning up at home. Let’s embrace the mess and celebrate sensory exploration together! 

Gym & Swim


For preschoolers 3-5 years with energy to burn, these classes will offer a great combination of fun physical activities and swimming in the pool.

Mini Milestones


Mini Milestones is a 6-week program for parents and caregivers with infants ages 0 – 9 months who are not yet independently mobile (not crawling or walking). Each week, participants will discuss a unique topic of interest, followed by time to connect.

New Parent Café


For anyone raised outside of Canada now raising babies or young children in the Bow Valley. Meet and connect with other newcomer parents and caregivers!

Preschool Play


Do you know a little artist who loves to paint, draw, create? How about who likes to listen or sing songs, or have books read? Join us at Elevation Place for a creative art-making experience and some play time for discovery.

Ready, Set, Go: Toilet Training Workshop


Parents and caregivers with children ages 0 – 6 are invited to join an informative, practical, and interactive toilet training workshop.
