Circle of Security is a six-week relationship-based program designed to enhance attachment security between parents with children ages 0 – 3.

Creating Calm: Navigating Sibling Rivalry


Together we will explore the dynamics of sibling rivalry and the strategies to manage it effectively. Parents and Caregivers of children ages 3-6 will learn a variety of tools and approaches to develop and maintain strong sibling bonds in this 2-week program.

Feeding Your Baby


Join a Registered Dietitian to learn more about starting solids, first foods, textures, timing and more.

Get Messy


Get Messy is a program where families with children ages 2-6 can explore, create, and get messy without worrying about cleaning up at home. Let’s embrace the mess and celebrate sensory exploration together! 

Infant Massage Education and Instruction


Learn massage techniques from a local Registered Massage Therapist that can help your infant (0-8 months) overcome struggles with reflux, poor sleep, teething, and digestive distress.

Mini Milestones: Next Steps


This three-week program is for parents/caregivers with children ages 10 to 18 months who are on the move or nearly mobile. Connect in a supportive group setting while your child explores the Family Connection Centre’s engaging early learning space.

New Parent Café


New Parent Café is a friendly group for parents and caregivers who are Permanent Residents or foreign-born to Canada with children ages 0 to 5. It’s a chance to meet others, share experiences, and learn about parenting.

Ready, Set, Go: Toilet Training Workshop


Parents and caregivers with children ages 0 – 6 are invited to join an informative, practical, and interactive toilet training workshop.  

Supporting Toddler Development


This 2-week toddler development program discusses a caregiver’s role in providing an environment that supports healthy toddler development. For parents/caregivers of children ages 18 months to 3 years.
