Join us for a playful and creative class designed to help little ones (ages 4-6) explore their big feelings through art! Together with a parent or guardian, children will experiment with a variety of art materials while learning to identify and express emotions in healthy ways.
Conversations about sexuality and sexual health are crucial in raising healthy and confident children. Parents and caregivers of children ages 0-18 are invited to join us for our new series of interactive workshops to learn how to navigate those sometimes awkward but essential conversations that foster well-being, healthy relationships and informed decision-making.
Workshops are provided in partnership with the YWCA and Centre for Sexuality.
Welcome to Outdoor Connect, our Summer Club where children can learn, grow, and make new friends! The Sprouts program runs two mornings a week and is designed to ignite curiosity, foster creativity, and cultivate a lifelong love for outdoor fun in children born in 2018-2019.
Together we will explore the dynamics of sibling rivalry and the strategies to manage it effectively. Parents and Caregivers of children ages 2-6 will learn a variety of tools and approaches to develop and maintain strong sibling bonds in this 2-week program.
